For tour packages, the following cancellation policy applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival:<\/strong> no cancellation fees (full refund)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival:<\/strong> 50% of the package price will be charged<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival:<\/strong> 100% charge (no refund)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> all bookings become non-refundable once work on the trip has commenced or the travel has begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are processed within 7\u201314 business days to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What Gulf Travels guarantees:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The services agreed upon in the signed quotation<\/li>\n<li>Honest and professional handling of all bookings<\/li>\n<li>Customer support throughout the duration of the trip<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gulf Travels is not liable for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flight delays or cancellations caused by airlines<\/li>\n<li>Weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events<\/li>\n<li>Government decisions such as border closures or visa refusals<\/li>\n<li>Personal accidents or loss of property during travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Client Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring passport validity (at least 6 months from the date of departure)<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining required visas within the specified timeframes<\/li>\n<li>Complying with the laws and regulations of destination countries<\/li>\n<li>Arriving at departure points at the agreed times<\/li>\n<li>Providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All content on this site \u2014 including images, text, designs, and videos \u2014 is the exclusive property of Gulf Travels or its licensed partners.
